Accredited Training Provider

Becoming an Accredited Training Provider (ATP)

People who want to study to become bookkeepers need to know that they can purchase good quality courses from providers that they trust and that can provide them with the level of support that fulfils their needs.

The Institute’s growing international reputation as the leading bookkeeping organisation means that increasing numbers of people are turning to the Institute for guidance.  Each week more than six-hundred-and-sixty people who visit the Institute’s web site, click onto the Where To Study section*. That represents more than six hundred potential new customers every week that want to know where to study and could be linking into your web site.

Your courses need to be represented if you are to take advantage of this important, ready-made market.

Centres or individuals who provide training courses in bookkeeping can apply to become Accredited Training Providers. Accredited Providers enjoy a high level of support from the Institute:

To apply to become an Accredited Training Provider, download the form here.  Complete and return it to the Institute, providing as much detail as possible, including examples of any promotional material, and enclosing copies of CVs for all tutors on the scheme and copies of all training materials or courses.  Everything is treated in the strictest confidence.

The Institute will aim to have a decision to you within twenty-eight days of receipt of your application.  In the event that further information is required, you will normally be contacted by telephone to discuss what additional supporting documentation is required.

Accreditation from the Institute indicates to potential learners that providers are serious about maintaining high standards and have the support of the leading organisation in the profession.

We look forward to appointing you or your organisation as an Accredited Training Provider and to working closely with you in producing competent bookkeepers who are able to take advantage of the huge market that exists for qualified bookkeepers.
